I might try 'up-ing' my calorie intake....although probably on foods that are healthy and not just stick my head in the sugar jar.
Yeah...the weights are not there. Whenever I'm at the gym i'm going for the quick 30min workout. That means my time is spent entirely on the cross trainer.
