Update November 5th 2005

I went to Club Fit Today and had an hour and a half workout. I think weekends are the best times to workout because there is just more time available.

Calories burned: 530 on cross trainer.
Weights: 3x12 for biceps
Weights: 3x25 for triceps


Of course with the weekend there is also more time to eat too. So I'm trying to avoid the left over halloween candy. My goal is supposed to be a pound a week. don't know if I will make it though. Tomorrow will be a marathon session at the gym...literally!!
