Total Calories Burned: 1130
Total Weight Sets: 147
Total Weight Loss: 0
Total Weight Gain: 3lbs

Unfortunately I'm screwed. I believe my binging over the week...especially the lunch on friday took me in the opposite direction. The goal of losing 5lbs is not starting off on the right track. As I review my blog I can see that the *thought* has not sinked in. What am I really trying to do here?

What I am really trying to do is change my thinking. It has to be that whenever I sit down to eat I need to ask myself a question. Is what I'm eating helping or hurting my goal. It is the question that drives us.
